Rose wheeler is a young fashion stylist from Kent, she has been styling her friends and family and posting them on Instagram for about 3 years, since her Instagram growth has skyrocketed he has been recognized for her cool alternative fits. In the last year she has began to style C list celebs, building her tips and tricks for the fashion industry

How do you approach a new client and what questions do you ask them?

“For me, approaching new clients should start with a good chat over a cup of tea. It's important for me to get to know their personality – I really believe that style is a reflection of a person’s character.”

How do you stay on top of all the designers?

“Instagram is an amazing way to refresh your mind, find new designers and keep on top of what's going on. I also love a website called Tag Walk for more in-depth delving.”

How do you navigate styling a star who has specific requests like sustainable-only clothing?

“I always relish a challenge! Sustainability is becoming more and more important in our industry. Though it can often be tricky finding ethical high-fashion, I'm hopeful that will change in the not-so-distant future.”

What is a big no-no when it comes to dressing stars for the red carpet?

“Wearing jewellery for jewellery's sake. Subtlety and simplicity is so important to me.”

Have there ever been any disasters and what have you learnt from them?

“I've been lucky so far! Maybe I've subconsciously blanked them from my memory!”
